Junior Account Manager
As a front facing member of Levis Media & Levis Technologies you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with current and future clientele for the purposes of growing and sustaining revenue streams within the business. Your role will also include some project management and consultation with the Levis production team.
You will be responsible for setting up projects, scheduling client meetings, invoicing and payment schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained to the standards which are expected by Levis management. Data entry required for day-to-day duties, specifically entering information into our CRM.

Part time Ad Manager
Part Time Ad Manager
Levis Media needs an analytical, motivated and digitally savvy ad manager to manage digital media campaigns and traditional ad buy for our clients. We currently run ad campaigns on the Google Ads platform and main social media platforms, and require an ad manager to strategize effective techniques, budgets and targeting to achieve campaign goals.
You will be expected to analyze ad results through Google Analytics and develop monthly reporting for clients. You will work closely with the Account Manager to ensure that media buy strategy provides measurable results.
While digital advertising will comprise the majority of your responsibilities, you will also be responsible for obtaining quotes for traditional media buy and print projects.
Skills & Experience
Familiarity with Google Suite and Ads required
The position has room for growth into new media and advertising opportunities. The ad management position is ideal for an individual interested in learning the basics and researching growth opportunities to allow us to build the ad department.
Part time permanent - 15-20 hours per week

We’re looking for a graphic designer to join our team. We need someone who has experience with and enthusiasm for all types of design, including collaborative, UX focused web design, print, logo design and app mapping.
We don’t expect you to be an expert in this all, but we want you to end up as one. Your greatest strength will be your enthusiasm to research, learn what you don’t know, and collaborate with a team to find creative solutions to a whole range of challenges.
Experience with the Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator - required.
Ability to work with closely with clients, including through email, by phone and in person meetings is required.
